The Coordinator of Junior Tennis will work closely with the USTA SoCal Junior Tennis department providing administrative and technical support for Junior tournament administration, player development, and communications.

Job Duties
Providing administrative and tech support to the Junior Tennis Department
Working Tournament Desks at Junior Events throughout the Section
Handling Junior Tournament feedback through weekly USTA participant surveys
Managing Junior Tournament information on the USTA SoCal website, TennisLink, and TDM
Assisting with Tournament sanctioning and surcharge payments
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email to current and prospective USTA members

Requirements:
B.A. degree from an accredited four-year institution
Advanced knowledge and experience with competitive tennis
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong computer skills with intermediate Google Suite and Microsoft programs (Access, Word, Excel, etc.)

Additional Desired Qualities:
Knowledge of USTA National & USTA SoCal junior development pathway
Playing background, junior/collegiate tennis

Benefits and Other Details:

This is a full-time position. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation, paid parking and laptop. Base salary commensurate with experience. SafePlay background check and completion of SafeSport training required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Our offices are located on the UCLA Campus in Los Angeles.
